Pathetic Cell C *Poor Service *Theft * DONT DEAL WITH CELL C

In 2014 I had taken out a contract for +-100 rand. My contract was paid off, and I never heard from cell c from 2014 till current.(2021) A month ago on my clearscore report, I see an account added on my report, stating I owe ...-+R500.

I sent an email to cell c complaints.. I was called twice first by a lady advising when can I make payment. I then asked what phone is it... can I receive a copy of this bill and can I have your legal departments email, I was then told she doesn't know and she cut the call. Today the 10th of May I received another call from cell advising my account is in arrears. I asked what phone was taken... how come I haven't received any call, text email...bill within 7 years. I was told his system is loading he will call me back. I have not received any call until now.

It is a nightmare to get ahold of an agent in cell c as they just let you wait on the phone.

I would like to know what do i owe? Why was I never informed in the 7 years?

This is really suspicious to me and it is affecting my credit score.

Furthermore, I have not received any call,sms or email in these 7 years. This is now considered prescribed debt if this is a valid debt.

Can someone get back to me, as I will taking this issue further with the ombudsman!!!!

CELL C IS UP TO ****...TRYING TO ROB PEOPLE WITHOUT VALID PROOF , RATHER PATHETIC!!!!
