Pathetic cell c fibre

Cell c fibre is pathetic. The so called contact center cannot help with anything but "take down your details to escalate to the support team" and the so called support team never ever calls back or responds. Our network has been down since Friday the 29th, we have called over 4 times and emailed countless times and received reference numbers to no avail. I'm so angry because they have us locked in a 2 year contract...we are in the process of switching despite the penalty. Save yourself and stay away from this pathetic network.
