Pathetic Cell C

On 6 October as well as on 26 October I posted about Cell C. See my full post below. It is now 11 November and I still haven't heard anything from Cell C. They now trying to lie to my face and say I was giving feedback on 28 October. NOBODY BUT NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME ABOUT MY QUERY YET! Cell C, you not only ******* you are also *****!! At the end of May 2020 I requested my month to month “Premium 10GB TopUp” plan to be cancelled **********). As the premium for June wasn’t paid, I was requested to pay that first before I could cancel the plan and I paid the amount of R599 on 2 June 2020. However, Cell C never cancelled the plan as requested!! When I later enquired about the cancellation they did not even had any record of my request for cancellation!! Furthermore, then on the 3rd of July Cell C one-sidedly discontinued this specific plan without consulting me or informing me with the effect that all the benefits of this plan was cancelled. However, as I was not aware of these changes I kept on paying the premiums for the plan – and Cell C was to happy to take my money for a plan with NO BENEFITS!!!! I made a payment to Cell C on 11 August 2020 to the amount of R1198 (for July and August premium), and again on 26 August I made a payment for R599 for September’s premium and on 29 September 2020 I made another payment of R599 for October’s premium. The premium for this plan is paid in advance. Last week I spoke to Cell C and they eventually cancelled the plan when I was told that this plan was already discontinued on the 3rd of July 2020. I requested a refund of all my premiums. Yesterday, on 5 October 2020 I was informed by Cell C that they will only refund 2 premiums to me (an amount of R1198). THIS IS THEFT!!!!! by Cell C. I paid for July, August, September and October without having any benefits for those months – and I want those 4 premiums (4 x R599) refunded to me ASAP!!. If not I will lodge a complain to ICASA. YOU ARE ******* CELL C!!!!
