Pathetic cell c customer service .

<p>Dear Hello Peter,I would like to lay a complaint against cell c canal walk Cape Town...It's been two months now they took my phone for network problem.After they gave me a call to tell me I'm gonna have to pay R5700 for my phone to be repaired,I told them to bring back my phone.because I was not prepared such amount of money for network problem.They then gave me a call telling me that my phone was back...when I got the my phone was not in the condition I had given them in...So I asked them to return the phone for repairs so that they give it back to me as it was when I booked it with them for repairs...I've been going there almost every week...they don't seem to be doing anything... I'm so disappointed in Cell C and their poor service...please help...#CELLCPOORSERVICE</p>
