Pathetic Cell C

I don't understand why it's so difficult to organize a upgrade. The person says I've failed the security check, but cannot help any further or say why. That's not helpful at all. This is urgent but will go to another service provider because it's pathetic. Also will not use Cell C ever again and warn people against them.
