Pathetic Cell C and VVM Attorneys

PATHETIC to say the least.... Not 1 byt TWO ********** accounts opened on MY name WITHOUT any identification... And I am not even a client of cell c and now will never be.... So I realized this when the monthly installment went off my account.. Took them forever to close these accounts. Finally got this sorted or so I thought. Until I got a nice little email from VVM Attorneys informing me I so politely that I have been handed over. So after throwing my toys I was assured by cell c they have sorted it all out with VVM... HOWEVER... on Monday 15/11 I got another nice little email from VVM. So after I had to phone them... Requested that a manager phone me before the end of the day. To no surprise today 17/11 still no feedback...........
