Pathetic Cell C

I have never had such shocking service and issues with a service provider like Cell C. I have had constant issue with payments and lines being cut. When asking for a supervisor get told non are available. When asking for accounts department I can't be transferred. Eventually get hold of a supervisor and send through all relevant documentation. Which I do. Receive first email of correspondence and then nothing. Send through another 2 emails asking for a response as the lines have still not been activated. No response. Try calling the 'customer care' line and get told they don't know who I spoke to last night. Please could I send through all relevant documentation to another address. This for the third time in one month. If anyone from Cell C with any kind of management skills or levels reads this. Please contact me. The service level of this company is an absolute joke.
