PATHETIC CELL C
PATHETIC SERVICE!!!! So livid - Made manual EFT payment for month of April, used their reference etc. A month later this payment is STILL not allocated (because I used the wrong reference), Cell C debited my account 4 TIMES after that, AND STILL I must pay double for this month. Calls get cut when phoning the call center because consultant is *********** to assist and do their job to get this sorted out!!!! PATHETIC services - doesn't even describe it!

30 May 2023, 09:01Your call centers agents does not want to work - I phoned 4 times this morning, 4 TIMES and out of that 4 times - three of my calls were dropped because neither of them wanted to assist.

30 May 2023, 09:05I know this is not your standard because I have been with Cell C for years - just always praising you. but this is unacceptable!!! I mean something so simple - that needed to be sorted out a month ago has become something I had to be ugly about.
