I phoned to upgrade on 11 April. I was told that I will receive my new handset within 3 to 5 days. I did not receive my phone and phoned on 18 April to follow up. I was told that they did not have stock however stock arrived and I will receive my handset on that day. Today is 27 April and I have yet to receive my phone. I phoned once again and was told that the delivery dept only works Monday to Friday and I must phone again on Monday. This is how they treat customers who have been with them for over 15 years.
