Pathetic Cell C

<p>Cell C sold me a contract that I did not ask for. After nearly 2 years of asking for the recordings, they say that I cannot get it . I have to go to a store and call the sales team to send it to the store. they cannot guarantee that I will be given a copy of the recording, although it is supposed to be the foundation of this agreement.</p> <p>I ask to speak to a supervisor or manager and they are all out on training. All at the same time, leaving a call center unsupervised (that is great customer service).</p> <p>So now I wait for a call back that will never happen. Pay for a service that I do not use. Ask for a recording that I will be probably have to scale Mt. Everest before I receive it and then be asked if there is anything else I can help you with. </p>
