Pathetic call centre service on sim swap

Cell C you are pathetic.

I am trying to do a sim swap on a ****** sim that i reported yesterday.

You are asking me security questions that i cannot answer (last dialed numbers) as the phone has been ****** !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to do a sim swap to resume using YOUR services.

Phone me now to sort this out.

As part of our processes, a security check is mandatory. We have requested one of our consultants to contact you and assist with this matter.

Alternatively you can visit any of our stores, bring along your ID, proof of residence and have the SIM swap done at the store.
