Pathetic business!!!!!

Pathetic service been trying for months to do a simswop, my second hello Peter post and no help at all. I've called in to the number that was provided but no help at all, I want compensation for this time wasted on calling cell c. No help at all!!! They are all lazy from store to the call center, I'm disgusted with the service provided. I'm paying for months with no benefits at all!!! I've lost all the data, the months are past, still no help at all. I'm seriously disgusted and they exepepct I should make payments, I will not pay a single cent to cell c again I want all my months of data, time and effort reimbursed to me!!!
