Pathetic Billing System

<p>Changed debit order date and now it seems like we are being ****** as things dont make sence. 1. Double payment 2. the installement amount is not as normal 3. they cant tel me the exact date when we requested to change the debt order date. </p> <p>I would like a MANAGER to give me a call to resolve this and not agents. </p>
