Pathetic beyond description!!!!

<p> </p> <p>It now 3 weeks that I have been reporting a download and upload speed problem with my Lte router.</p> <p>To date there is no resolution.</p> <p>A Social Media Consultant by the name of Moses Mo***eng promised he would resolve all my Cell C problems.</p> <p>Firstly, I've heard nothing in terms of a solution from him.I have sent him regular feedback on the status of my problem and get NOTHING back from him.<br />Secondly, after logging another HelloPeter complaint he came back to me to say he had no feedback. Really helpful!!</p> <p>Appears to be the usual Cell C "I don't give a damn" about customers response and handling of this problem.</p> <p>I've even told him we should rather cancel my account and get NOTHING back from him!!!!!!!</p>
