PATHETIC ATTITUDE/LACK OF KNOWLEDGE/POOR SERVICE
My hubby had recently got me new Samsung Galaxy A3 for the Cell C store in Overport. upon bringing the fone home we had realised that the LED light does not function. we i took it back to the store a day later and enquired abt same and to our surprise we were greeted with rude, obnoxious so called \Reps". not only was their attitude extremely bad so were the marketing skills and knowledge of the Cellphone. when i asked the rep why wasn't the fone features explained"
