Pathetic assistance
I am in America, my sim does not work. I wanted to buy a Wifi bundle which allows you to make/receive/send calls and messages so I can receive important One Time Pins for banking.
So I asked for assistance after trying everything I could. I have since used another phone and great expense to phone Cell C to buy the bundle on the call. Now 2 days later I receive a response to install the app to buy the bundle.... The app requires a One Time Pin sent to the phone number which I explained in the request for assistance.
If a young child can understand this why can't Cell C? Why did it take so long to come back with this useless info and why does Cell C think it's okay to sms me with spam the whole time.

International roaming on your SIM card is active, however we do not have a roaming agreement with USA that is the reason why you are unable to connect.
We can assist you with Wi-fi calling which will enable you to make and receive calls and SMSs if the device you have was purchased from Cell C.
