Pathetic and zero consideration

19 weeks and still not resolved.....

Here are my posts on Hello Peter and yet Cell C dont revert or even resolve...

28 Oct 2021, 19:33 Deceased Contract - **********082 I reported my Sons passing to Cell C Carnival Mall on the 30 July 2021 and requested that they terminate his number and I will continue using and paying my portion as we had a dual contract on his name. Through many attempts from the Cell C store at Carnival Mall and several email trails dating to the initial submission, 30 July 2021, I have still not been contacted or offered a solution. The service from the Store (Cleo) has been great but further more than that, service is non existent and to top it all off they have now suspended my number due to their lake of service, thus causing me to loose business as I'm not reachable to my clients. One would think that going through such a loss any company would go the extra mile to make any effort in ensuring that things such as these are taking care of. I went to Capitec the same day and they were able to assist me there and then and with compassion, so I don't see how Cell C can't simply just call or revert...?

Im saddened to say, Im STILL waiting for this to be resolved. This is beyond acceptable nevermind the frustration and pain that goes with the current circumstance.

Cleo at Cell C Carnival Mall had sent yet another email to the relevant department and surprise surprise still no resolution!!!!!!!

Please just port my number ********** back to prepaid so that I can go to a Network who can offer proper customer service...

Cell C is officially to only creditor who has not closed of my deceased sons account... Pathetic!!!

I want this sorted out today!!!!!!!!!
