Pathetic and Useless CELL C

So I upgrade my contract with cell c for an iPhone 12 and received my device on the 9th April 2021 on the first week the phone freezed/jammed and the screen was blurr and dull then I called cell c on the 15th April to report and request a cancelation well within their return and cancellation period as stepulated on their contract then they said the will send the courier within 14day then cancel the contract once they have the device with them fair enough I waited on nobody not even a call from cell c. I called again on the 4th May then they apologized and re-booked the device and gave me the reference number of the call like they did the first time and gave me 14days waiting period again still nobody called or came to fetch the device I called again early June then still the same thing re-booked device, Reff. Number and the 14days same thing happened now I'm sitting with a faulty flipping expensive device. Today when I call them they telling me about ridiculous cancelation fees and they billing me for the device that is faulty the Sim card that came with the device was not even activated I am fed up with the service cell c is providing this is just a complete heist they have come fetch their I don't know whether to call it iphone or ephone and cancel the damn contract I've had it enough with cell c never again will I encourage or refer anyone to cell c even myself
