Pathetic and ********* service provided by the branch manager of Westgate Mall branch

Good day I just visited a Cell C branch in Westgate Mall Mitchell's Plain. I intended to port from my current network to your network, I was assisted by the store manager, however she insisted that a proof of address from December is no longer valid. I informed her FICA complaint documents from December is still valid as we are in March only. She tokk offense and approached me with attitude and told me I'm giving her atti. She was unprofessional for a store manager and definitely need people's skills. This matter needs to be addressed urgently as I will be taking this to the media as a I have proof of her way she addressed me and there was other customers in the store as well. I would appreciate urgent feedback to this disgusting experience. She turned away a possible sale for the day. What a loss to the company.
