Pathetic and *********** Service

On the 14th of July I requested that my contract be cancelled and that my number specifically be moved to prepaid as I have had my cell c for longer than 10 years, including the business that I conduct using the number in question. Today, The 14th of Aug, my number got deregistered off the network and when calling the cancellations department I was advised that my number was permanently deactivated and could not be reactivated. I was then told I need to go to a store, wasting my time and resources, for Cell C employee incompetence, to get the process going for my number to be reactivated, meanwhile losing revenue because my number is deactivated. The consultant, by the name of Makgano in the cancellations department (Whom took my call around 16h25) was completely abrupt, could not assist and eventually cut the call in my ear after refusing to put me through to a supervisor, which till this day baffles me why inline management cannot attend to calls from clients.

I was told that a Supervisor would call me back, Which we all know never happens. Now I wait whilst being unable to run my business.

The moment this is resolved, if ever, I will be porting my number from Cell C!
