<p>Your "service" is ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. I have never encountered a more useless company EVER. I was billed R1000 on a data contract that had a R50 capped limit on it. TWICE confirmed that the R50 limit was in place, then five months later I have R1000 deducted from my bank? I have emailed and called your "customer care" more than 10 times EACH. the problem is till not resolved. This has, and still is ongoing for more than 16 Months !</p>
