Pathetic and incompetant

You do not even deserve 1 star Ok so i can not make complaint on cell C page so UNFORTUNATELY I have to do it hear. Cell C please explain to me how you will not allow a Widow to cancel her late husbands Cell C contract. Infact 2 emails have been sent through for this to be cancelled and to the right department not just cancellatinos but your department that deals with it when someone is deciesed, amazingly both emails and notifications have gone missing not to mention the numerous phone calls from his Widow. Your staff have the AUDACITY to tell the Widow that her LATE HUSBAND and incase all your staff do not understand the word "late" he has died, Your staff INSIST that he must come in and cancel the contract himself. If it was just one staff member I could wrap it up to her incompetence but when several of Cell C staff members tell a widow that her late husband must cancel the contract HIMSELF this is completely emotional cruelty and abuse to his widow and you client. Absolutely pathetic service and I would never recommend that anyone takes out a Cell C contract and should rather cancell their contract before you experience this emotional abuse and incompetance.
