Furious is only a pinch of what i am feeling at the moment.<br> <br> I Upgraded in February this year (BIGGEST MISTAKE) and got onto a package that costs me R530 a month for <br> my device and plan. the limit is R650 extra which i approve of, Not calculate it together it<br> gets me to a total of R 1180-00 excl. vat. Including vat it is R1345.20 These pathetic people want<br> to deduct a total of R 1618.99. That is R 275 more then what i know is billed. <br> <br> I Get phoned when i escalated the billing and they want to know where my old device is, after explaining to them where it is they tell me that is fine and they will contact me back once they have continued the investigation. <br> <br> Phoned me for one question that is not close to relevance to the billing as the device (OLD) is not even in use as the problem is on the upgraded phone. <br> <br> NOW IF I DONT GET THIS RESOLVED I WILL BE GOING TO THE PAPERS!!!!<br> <br> <br>
