Pathetic and embarrassing service

This is a follow up review. I ended up going to their head office because even after the hello Peter complaint, no one from that company called me. I went there last week Monday. They confirmed that the ***** case is closed and that they will refund me in 7 days… 9 days later I am still waiting for a refund. I called yesterday and I spoke to the lady by the name of Nelisiwe who told me that they can’t help me over the phone I must go back to the offices. I can’t close my back account because I’m waiting for this *********** corporate to come to the party and do the bare minimum ( refund me).
