Pathetic and disgusting service from cellc

I had two ***** lines on my profile, I see the one has been taken off the other one is still showing. I have nothing to do with Cellc contract. When they check on Cellc customer service they are not picking up this contract number, But on my Credit profile is showing and when I try to take credit with lenders its showing I’m listed as a slow payer.

Please assist with removing it too I never took contract at Cell I don't want anything to do with Cellc. Customer place calls on hold for too long, Even team Leaders now drop calls if they can't find solutions.
