Pathetic and disgusting customer service from Cell C!!!!!!

I app**** for a contract with Cell C. It was supposed to end in March, however, I was told I needed to give them 30 days' notice. That was done.

The lady assisting me whom I forgot her name advised that the contract is canceled. I emphasized to that lady that I didn't want to proceed with this contract since I was in the process of closing all my debts.

June, I got debited. I reversed the funds since am done paying them. I called them last Thursday, I requested the lady to send me an SMS to make the payment, which wasn't done. or maybe she's still sending it who knows. I got to realize that I needed to dispute this debit order.

Yesterday I called 3x to request for call recordings. All the agents hung up the calls. and no one bothered to call back. What kind of customer service is that??

Today when I woke up Cell C debited R552.35. what was the point of me asking them to cancel but they will still debit. The cost of living is too high for such.

The service I received from Cell C was pathetic and disgusting.

I will not recommend people to take a contract with Cell C. They are only professional when they assist you in applying for a contract but after that, they will treat you like trash. Nxa!!!!
