Pathetic am liers
It is now the 3rd time I'm requesting my refund from cell c. According to them it only takes 7 days, it is now more than a month, how pathetic. Quick to take money and they take forever to refund. I can't believe such a big company can't afford a mere R150. It's either I gat my money today or they keep it.

13 Apr 2022, 13:06It has been going on for a month now of not more and honestly I'm loosing my patience. You cannot treat paying customers like you are treating me. Why is it so hard to refund me? Can I get feedback by end of today and maybe get someone who knows their job because clearly I'm dealing with people who knows nothing. Can a manager get back to me before end of business today
