Pathetic After Sales Service

My brand new Samsung S6 started playing up on Friday and then packed up completely over the weekend. When I took it in to the Cell C shop at the Highveld Mall in Witbank where I purchased it the attitude that I got was that they cannot do anything and it must be sent in for repair, which can take up to 21 days.<br> I feel that the phone should have been replaced as it started giving problems within the 7 day grace period but as I was away for the long weekend I could only manage to get to the shop today.(3 days late)<br> I was also not given a loan phone which means that I cannot do my business properly.<br> Very pathetic after sales service from the shop and from Cell C call centre.
