Pathetic

Pathetic. I did an online purchase on Thursday 17th. On Friday customer services confirmed application and confirmed delivery address. Today when I followed up, all of a sudden now its not approved.. Please explain, as clearly there a bunch of *********** people working there. I've been with cell C for over 15 years, Please advise if I need to move to another provider, or are going to wake up.
