Pathetic accounts department

what a disgrace is your collections/account department.I did make payments on my two contract on the 4th of November.Since the 7th i have been harassed with emails and phone calls regarding my account. POP was sent already .Every time they say they will call me back,,so by not doing their work what they are paid for,they just suspend your service ..I had to call three times.The last lady did assist me nicely and confirm that the payment was only now send for allocation.It is $%$^%^&&&* 11 days later .When i asked her what is her name ,I want to send a compliment .ARROGANCE .... then she tells me she did the extra work to see if my POP has been received and will now take 24 hrs to be allocated. I am a small business owner and and you must be very proud as an employer to have such arrogant people thinking they are doing the customer a favor in sorting out a problem,because of your account apartment that is not doing their work
