PATHETIC
i HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE JANUARY FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK . MY SIM CARD ISNT WORKING . I CANT GET THROUGH TO THEM BECAUSE OF THIS AND EVERYTIME I HAVE TO GET TRANSFERED TO THEM VIA ANOTHER NUMBER SOMEONE PICKS UP AND THE CALL DROPS THIS SERVICE IS PATHETIC I HAVE SENT 17 EMAILS AND NOT 1 FREAKEN RESPONSE . CAN SOMEBODY WHO GETS PAID TO DO THIS DAM JOB MAKE A PLAN AND GET HOLD OF ME FF

12 Mar 2021, 16:34I made no changes where must I send my 18th mail to for no response. how do u expect a client to sort their stuff out if u cancelled their number your people transfer me from person to person like I'm some cheap hoe and after waiting 20 minutes the call drops you have this stupid chat on your website that we also have to wait 20 minutes for just for a dam pop up to say sorry we have no agents available ***udge man we are living in a technology inclined world and u cant even get it right.
