Pathetic
<p>As per my previous complaint, it's now August. Cellc calls me to upgrade my contract yet again. After upgrading it three times. Absolutely pathetic service. And now they tell me the contract I wanted isn't available anymore. As if it's my problem. Absolutely done with Cellc. Been with them for more than 10 years. Just to get service like this </p>

We sincerely apologise for the poor service, this is not the kind of service we want for our valued customers.
When our deals or packages are advertised they are available while stocks last but we can get one of our team members to check with our warehouse if there might be any extra stock available on the device that you wanted and if not we can find something in the same range as what you wanted.
Do expect communication.
