Pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In 2016 Cell C had a promotion for 5 Gig anytime data and 15 Gig night date at R99 pm. The agreement was that my data contract will be soft lock after R50 over the limit. I realized that I have been overcharched from October 2016.

I went to the branch to get an explanation, and they said they don't know how it happened but they will make sure that it is corrected. The next month the same thing happened and I went back to the branch, they then said that their statements work one month backwards. In the meantime 2 of my colleages that got the same contract as me at the same time had exactly the same problem of overcharging without their permission. One of my colleages got refunded by Cell C after going into one of the branches numerous times as well as phoning customer care and reporting them on HelloPeter.

Till now I have been overcharghed every month since October and NOTHING has happened. I have two of these contracts with Cell C, so it works out at R630 that I have been overcharged with for these two contracts.

I have refersed the debit order because I got no answers from anyone at Cell C, my data was switched off because of this and that is fine. But now this month they debited my account for the previous refersed debit order as well as a month's data use, THAT I DIDN'T USE!!! Someone from customer care did phone me to ask me why I didn't pay and I did explain to her why not, she then said that she will log the problem that clearly didn't happen.

I DEMAND A REFUND! I will take this further if someone doesn't phone me back and give me a reasonable explanation why this happened. I demand that the monthly limit will be put back on a R50 soft lock as per agreement.

According to me it is breech of contract on Cell C's part. You are very fast to demand your money every month but when YOU make a mistake you don't take responsibility for your mistakes.
