Pathetic

<p>After my last interaction with cell c i am still sitting with the same problem. i have been trying to resolve my query for literally a year now..i have never ever dealt with such unprofessional staff in my life.. cell c has assured me that the amounts that is reflecting as arrears has been credited to my acc they even sent me an sms but this morning when i called i was advised my contracts are still in arrears.after numerous calls speaking to different agents having to explain my query over and over again..i have no words for the disgusting service i have received from cell c.i can not believe that it can take a year to resolve a customer query.nobody wants to take ownership </p>
