PATHETIC

<p>About 4 weeks ago, I sent my Tablet and my Phone in for repairs. A week after I sent it in, I got my phone back, after that I constantly keep phoning cell c regarding my Tablet. It has been a month now and still no one can tell me what is happening twith it. 3 Weeks after I sent it in I phoned for the "milionth" time and gave the ladty all the details including the ref numb, and then she told me that thei have not reiceived my phone, after I told her that its imposable and it was sent 3 weeks ago she finally found it and told me that the quote has not been approved, which I didnt reiceive after calling in numerous times and asking phone me if there is any payment that needs to be made, the payment has been sorted. Now 4 weeks has passed and still the same answer.. its at the repair centre... How long can a screen take to be repaired? definitly not 4 weeks!!! Its been a whole month, which I still have to pay for the contract by the way, but no phone???? What happens when I refuse to pay for that month???? My phone gets switched off and I get labeled as a person that doesnt pay????? I am sitting with this problem for a month now...... If I knew that I was going to get this much bad service from Cell C, then I would not have used there service from the start.</p>
