Pathetic!

<p>I've been living overseas now for 2 years and something went wrong with the payment cause i still had my contract with cell c.</p> <p>it was given to Nds dept collectors and i phoned them to give me the details how much i owe ect and they emailed it to me. When i got back in sa for a short visit i just felt i need to call to make sure i am paying the settlement in the right bank account..i was on hold with them for 3hours..no one knows where or what is going on..</p> <p> </p> <p>I've sent numerous of emails to cell c and NDS dept collectors and they are ignoring me..</p> <p> </p> <p>this is is PATHETIC..!!!!!!</p>
