Pathetic

Pathetic sales capacity.

App**** for a contract online on 29 December 2024, it was approved, by 6 January, I haven't had feedback, decided to call them, they could not pick up the order, re-app****, approved immediately and told I will have my parcel by 10 January. On 08 January I received a second DebiCheck mandate nearly double the price, after 7 calls (due to them dropping the call) it was managed to be sorted, and was told my parcel will be dispatched, not an hour later, I had a WhatsApp from CellC trying to force me to accept the second debit order. I refused and made contact again, no one could trace the said DebiCheck. Again I was told everything is sorted and my contract has been approved and will be delivered shortly. This morning I phoned, to enquire about delivery, as I need to plan my stuff, told that my contract is awaiting vetting, and I need to wait for the call before anything can be approved?????

Am I approved or not?

Right now I am about to lose it! Its like I'm dealing with two different companies????
