Pathetic.

I got a new contract phone at Cell C high els mall Saturday 16:00. Phone was switching in shop. Put it on charge. Loaded all my apps and updates. Then put on Charge again. Next morning Sunday, the phone screen flashes Greenland won't switch on. I took it back to the shop cause it was not even working for 24 hours. The shop refused to exchange phone, they must send it for repairs (really after 1 day). I spoke to 7 different people at cell C all had different stories. Want to cancel my contact cause I not interested in a repaired phone I signed up for a new phone, and what happens to the 10 gb data I used to load and upgrade apps and data to a phone phone that did not last 1 day? Mst pathetic service at any store ever.
