Pathetic

I think you guys get off on ****ing people off because I simply can't understand how a business which keeps getting bad reviews never thinks of changing. This is the second time dealing with you and the experience has gone from bad to worse. Put in a claim two weeks ago every time I call I get pathetic people telling me excuses as to why my claim has not been processed you need a tax invoice from me how the hell do you not have all this information on your system already. One of your consultants tells me she has sent me an e-mail I think you live on a special planet because it's been days now and no e-mail whatsoever came into my inbox and i keep wasting my money to call and only to be put on hold so that I can be told bull****.
