Pathetic
RIGHT I am currently busy with the Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance regarding the poor and totally unprofessional assistance from Csure. Its been a month now and still no claim settled. Lets take this as far as I possibly can. Next stop...Beeld or Rapport newspaper legal department. Once again, some one call me with an answer please.

On the 20th of this month, we received feedback from Csurance, confirming that they provided you with interim feedback and would revert with the outcome feedback as soon as they have it.

the kast i have spoken with any person was a day or two after my last complaint when cell c phoned me back and said they will follow up on my claim. I have how ever not received any feedback after that.

I had to phone in today to C surance once again on two occasions to try and get an answer.
And have not received an answer except for "the part MIGHT be delivered at head office today" Who cares right? You get paid for a contract i cant use and Csurance gets paid, but dont settle claims. im ready to take this fuirther...are you?
