Pathetic

I am not happy that you want to charge me a full month. Contract was cancelled and my last date with Cell C was 12/4/2018. According the lady on FBM is that I benifit for the whole month, but my last date was the 12/4/2018, meaning I must only pay for the days that i used the service. I want this to be sorted so that I can pay for what I used from 1/4/2018 to 12/4/2018, You cannot charge me the whole month if only 12 days was used!!!
