Pathetic

OMGosh.... every single month I experience the exact same query..... my invoices are never right. I called the call center today and the guy I spoke to couldn't do simple maths. Who are you employing? I told him what my invoice says and he said he saw something different but gave me the exact same total amount as to what i see infront of me no duuuuh..... worst of all, when i ask to speak to a manager i always get put on silent. I have learnt my lesson, I used to hang up after 5 minutes of waiting on silent but now i hold on to that call. They do this to prevent a low rating because if they hang up the customer gets the benefit of rating the agent but if the customer hangs up they dont get to speak to a manager or give a rating... eventually it will probably take you 3 weeks to fix my issue because it has to be escalated to a service team.. I regret ever taking out a contraact with you.
