PATHETIC

Cell c , I would like to know from this service provider, what will it take them to acknowledge my complaint that started 7months ago. This company demand payment for the router that stopped working on the 6th of July 2021.i have tons of emails and unsolved case numbers from their stupid system. I have a list of names, now they think they will scare me with letters of demand, I DON'T PAY NOTHING .
