PATHETIC!!!

Cell C is the worst service provider ever. I cannot wait to terminate my contract with them. 3 months they have not been debiting my account and I have been making payments via internet. When I call them they give me an excuse that the payment has been stopped by an acc holder. Yesterday I paid R139x2 as I have 2 contracts and that's the amount we agreed on. Today they have surprisingly FINALLY they managed to debit my acc and they debited R143x2. When I phoned to find out why they give me the crab response to say the tariffs have gone up? who did they notify? I did not get anything from cell c. They claim they have sent an sms then why didn't they call me? This is ridiculous!! I have been facing problems since I took up the stupid contract! I want my flippin money back!!!
