Worst thing I ever did was change from Vodacom to Cell C!!! Been waiting over 2 months for a detailed statement and when you phone to ask for it you get told you have received it!!! Seriously!! Ask for a supervisor and you get told - if she doesn't phone you back in 2 days please phone again!! And you call that customer service??!! Complaining on here is the only way to get anything done. Why??
