PATHETIC

Where to start? 1)Their service is pathetic, you make certain arrangements for debit orders and they do not keep to the arrangements. 2)Whenever you ask for statements, they are unable to give you statements. 3) They also deduct more money than the contract states. 4) Lastly, I asked numerous times for prescriptions to be cancelled, and still they did not do it. They should just cancel this contract, I am taking my business elsewhere.
