pathetic
pathetic, service, app**** online for a contact for my daughter on my name was approved and processed on 13/01/2025.
Said courier IT will deliver my parcel but its stuck since then not even packed or handed over to courier, phoned them a few times, they drop the lines, emailed them no respond log tickets nothing.
