I instructed Bulelani to cancel a contract and I would go and get a device from the store. The instruction was not followed through as the device was delivered and I sent it back. I am now sitting with a problem where I have been transferred from pillar to post and I have a registered contract which I instructed otherwise for cancellation. You have made my life difficult Bulelani.

06 Oct 2021, 11:28I have just received a statement for my account and the account in question has not been cancelled as yet. The device was returned and I do not understand why I will be billed for something I did not use. Do reply timeously because this is just not on!!!!!
