pathethic pathetic service

i am really really disapointed and ****ed off by the service im receiving from cell c

my device was ****** on the 20th of feb tried calling the call centre from the time i realised that my device was missing to try and block the phone however i was given the run around with passing the security questions

finally the 22nd of Feb i was able to pass the security check but the agent i firstly spoke to didnt advise me about the turn around time to receive the ITC number so today is the 3rd March and ive still not opened a case so i could claim from my insurance...why does it take so long for this to be done i dont even know if the phone was blocked or what please assist im really getting fed up with this service

whats the use of wanting to block a device when it takes this long to get assistance
