PATHECTIC CELL C SERVICE
I have never ever been so disappointed with cell c in my life just to get my sim card activated for the new phone I received is a nightmare and still nothing has been done the consultant's does not even assist or care about us as clients I just feel like returning the phones the service the least to say is pathetic I just need the sims activated is that so hard to ask.

30 Aug 2021, 15:41I have contacted the 145 number and keep getting the same response that its been escalated both my sim cards are not activated I need a manager to contact me regarding this as this is gin on for so long and I am flabbergasted with the service i am getting never have I thought that it will take this much effort to get something done as simple as an activation.
